就要比部署F22更花錢,而且要部署數量可觀的先進雷達

如果不這麼做將會招致不可避免的惡果

作者到底是要說什麼?

我的解讀是：
要在F22上面加裝更先進的機載雷達，
才能有效的攔阻，
否則美國本土就有很大的機會會被這些國家的巡弋飛彈打爆...
