This new chipset is compatible with AMD Athlon 64, Socket AM2+ y the Greyhound family CPU


The new IGP is based on ATI RV610 and it will incorporate: dual Display, TV encoder, integrated DVI/HDMI, external and internal TMDS , Displayport functionality.

It will be made in 55nm

RS790 不見了, 變成 RS780 了 ....

是RD790, 它依然存在, 只是內部開發使用, 它以RS780的型式對外發售.

Memory Support:

Side port of 16bits it can use up to 256MB of system RAM for the IGP

DDR2 1066MHz, impressive becouse JEDEC wont release a standard and AMD normally follows JEDEC, will be interesting to see real support of DDR2 1066.

DDR3 1333MHz, this might be a new thing AMD CPUs might already have integrated DDR3 capabilities into their IMC

更正, RD790只有desktop版本, 也許買的到.
