片子刮傷要退貨 (在 amazon 買的)
 

請問一下，小弟在 Amazon 買了一套異形合集
不過，裡面的 第一片及第二片 卡榫斷了，導致片子在盒子裡面刮來刮去
這樣可以退貨吧?
我英文是這樣寫的...

The Disc-Holder of Disc1 & Disc2 were broken, so the disc could not be fixed.
And the backside of the discs were scraped.

應該 OK 吧? 不知道有沒有更好的寫法?
因為一些專有名詞我也不懂...

另外，他說要我先付運費 (美國當地)
他會再退給我... 不知道他要怎麼退...
