使用utorrent下載,出現unable to map Upnp port

請教大大,小弟使用utorrent下載時,紀錄出現unable to map upnp port,是什麼意思??
而且下面出現"下載被限制"的文字,是因為這樣我下載才1~2kb/s嗎? :jolin:
有什麼方法可以解決,拜託各位大大

小弟是用so-net的adsl直接上網ㄉ
系統是xp sp2
