問一個笨問題

我在裝3dmark時
出現" an error occured during the move data process:-113
file C:\Documents and Settings\Bravo\Local
Settings\Temp\WZS1D8.tmp\data1.hdr"
的訊息
然後就跳出setup了
請問各位高手為什麼會這樣呢？？

先手動刪除C:\Documents and Settings\Bravo\Local
Settings\Temp\下的所有檔案
再安裝一次試試看:D

啊沒有用......
他會產生一個.tmp的資料夾
然後出現一樣的訊息.....

到底是為什麼呢？
