請幫我解讀一下TAU寄給我的信
 

小弟於10/20，向TAU下了訂單。
可是過將近一個半月尚未收到所訂購的DVD
於是前天請朋友寫信向TAU詢問，結果今天收到以下的回信
因為小弟的英文造詣不是很好，所以請各位好友幫小弟解讀一下
以解小弟心中之疑惑。謝謝

things do happen from time to time. This email is to confirm we have shipped
out a replacement, we hope you can understand and forgive the delay &
inconvenience caused. If there is anything else please contact us at

大意是說
你的東西因為裝運的問題 會延遲送到啦
希望你能夠諒解云云.......
有問題隨時可以與他們聯絡

我的情形也一樣，前天寄信去罵人，結果收到的回信和你一模一樣。
他們似乎是將未收到的原因歸於寄丟，寫此封信是表示他們已經補寄一份。
應該是這樣。

所以他們是會再寄一份給我嗎？
