supports Athlon 64 and Opteron 1XX,
2條PCI-X slots,
2條 PCI slots,
1條 PCIe 16X,
VGA onboard -ATI Rage

four plus four S-ATA.
Four of these are based on Nvidia's chipset
and four from a Marvell S-ATA 2 chip.

and with four DIMM sockets supporting up to 8GB,
this one sounds like a killer server or workstation basis
