請教p5mvp3是哪一家的主機板?
 

請教大家有誰用過p5mvp3的主機板由開機畫面顯示的資料是
VIA APOLLO MVP3 Rev ;c
Award Plug and Play Bios Extension v1.0A
因最近硬碟壞掉想裝一個40G的硬碟但是BIOS捉不到
上網找了很久只有一家EFA的公司有這個主機板但無法找到可更新BIOS
請大家幫幫忙謝謝 :cry:

BIOS的版本是V2.0SL版本. :ase :ase

P5MVP3/A3 AWARD BIOS V2.0SL release note.

This disk contains two files:M1_V20sl.BIN and README.TXT

1.The checksum of M1_V20sl.BIN is 217D(Hex) ;

2.CBLOGO.EXE is a logoeasy utility which allow you to make your own system boot log,
you may get its usage by typing "a:\cblogo" in dos command promt with this disk in
your drvie A.

3.LF.EXE is a disk low level format utility.

4. How to use FLASH.EXE utility:
This is a flash memory write/read utility.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The FLASH utility could not correctly run in windows (virtual 8086)
MS-DOS mode. It must be proceeded with the following steps:
1.Create a bootable system floppy diskette by typing "FORMAT A:/S"
from the dos prompt under DOS6.XX or WINDOWS9X environment.
2.Boot system with diskette.
3.Then run the FLASH utility.
Usage:
FLASH [BIOSfile] [/c[<command...>]][/n]
FLASH [BIOSfile] [/g]
/c: Flash memory will clear previous settings. Default allows settings to
remain. <command> function definition:
c: clear CMOS [Default]; p: clear PnP;
d: clear DMI.
/n: Program BIOS without prompting. If this option is chosen:
Be sure your new BIOS is compatible with your MB. If not, the system
are damaged.
/g: Get BIOSfile from BIOS ROM.
Examples:
A:\BIOS\FLASH.EXE BIOSfile.bin
A:\BIOS\FLASH.EXE BIOSfile.bin /cdpc/n
A:\BIOS\FLASH.EXE BIOSfile.bin /g

Warning:
Avoid power-off incidently in upgrading procedure, or system would fail
to reboot!

用google是可以找到很多類似P5MVP3的型號. 其中一家叫Luckytech(中文叫興運, 已經倒了), 我家裡用過, 似乎主機板型號就是叫P5MVP3. 我的機器可能還有最一版的BIOS(不確定), 不過不用太期望能支援40G.
