吃蟹的季節又到了 (真相內用)
 

首先........這不是要大家吃某隻在PCDVD的蟹 :laugh:

在西雅圖吃過帝王蟹, 餐廳作法是燙過後, 灑上少許辣椒粉....吃的時候有一點點辣味引得口水直冒 :hungry:

大家也來說說好吃的蟹吧

這堆是一個人的量嗎?真是太幸福了!

現在買3點蟹也很好吃
今天買3點蟹,1斤100,3斤250
母蟹要挑背部有紅紅的顏色(老闆教的),真的裡面都是滿滿紅色的蟹卵
不過不大就是了,3斤大概有12隻的母蟹

唉~~, 活了三十幾年還沒吃過大閘蟹...:(

有刀子、有叉子，還有榔頭......

那隻帝王蟹是犯了什麼滔天大罪要受到這樣的酷刑啊！

OK....I was having "endless golden crab" in Florida Keys(USD 18+tax) when I was working down there this summer.
You can eat as much as you can....They give out 4 huge crabs at a time.
However, it's really really greasy( seems like they are soaking in butter :jolin: )....I can only finish the first serve.
It's not really best crabs...
Another day, I'd like to test the famous "Florida Stone Crab" but the season just ended one or two days before.... :cry:
