個人簡短翻譯

Direct X 10將代替WGF作為下一帶的API

Direct X 10將會用全新的dynamic link libraries(dll)讓他效能更快, 不過跟Direct X9 以下完全不相容, 到時舊的Direct X版本會用軟體模擬

這樣的決定是為了讓dx10更快, 也移除一些CPU的負擔 (=更多的GPU負擔?)

they should freaking rewrite their OS layers as well
