I got blue screen when I moved my XP boot hard drive to new computer

In win9x or 2K age, no problem to do that. I just need to install new drivers for new mother board chips.Recently, I decided to move my XP hard drive to a new computer. It displayed a blue screen, showing hardware problem (memory address xx55@@:77??)

I put it back to original computer, It works fine. How can I modify system?

Reinstall XP will take more than 30 minutes. And, sometimes, I just temporarily move my XP hard drive to another computer to identify what's wrong? Hardware, windows system, package software, or virus, ... etc.

Is there any shortcut to test on new computer, such as boot to single user mode, then install required driver? I tried boot to safe mode, it won't help.

Thanks.

DUAL BOOT

INSTALL W2K TO 2ND/ANY PARTITION BEFORE YOU RESINATLL XP,[IT WILL KILL THE XP, SO BACK UP WITH GHOST BEFORE YOU DO IT] THEN YOU HAVE DUAL BOOT,TEST ANYTHING WITH W2K, VERY GOOD WHEN YOU GET INTO OS PROBLEM OR HARDWARE DIAGNOSIS, IS IT OS RELATED OR H/W PROBLEM, NOT TO MENTION YOU GOT A BACKUP OS .
