A new version 1.03 of the Pioneer DVD drives utilities is out. It support DVD-116, DVD-106S and DVD-A06S drives on Windows 98, 98SE, Me, 2000 and XP
Provides the functions to:
1. Change the drive speed (including a quiet mode for DVD Movie viewing)
2. Set the drives Region Code
3. Upload new firmware versions from within Windows

Yeap! 这个软件棒极了！我用PIONEER116，调为静音模式后安静极了！用DVDSPEED测，从原来的将近16X降为近9X，并且试用其在WINDOWS环境下刷firmware亦成功！
