關於paypal的付款狀態疑問
 

由於剛使用paypal付款的時後,
於敝方的付款狀態是顯示完成(Completed)狀態,
但在對方的收款狀態欄位顯示的卻是(Unclaimed)情形,
想請問這是付款失敗的意思嗎?
因個人是首次遇上此情形,
所以不清楚後續應該如何來處理,
還懇請有過此經驗的朋友能撥空不吝解惑一下,
謝謝.

印象中台灣的住址在payapl裡好像沒有提供confirmed的功能,
所以不知是否是因為如此而產生這樣的付款狀態?

沒遇過這種問題說~~
剛剛上了paypal查了一下..
應該是下列幾個問題..

What does a Status of Unclaimed mean?

A payment may be Unclaimed for one of the following reasons:

• Your recipient did not sign up with PayPal using the same email address that you used to send the money. The recipient simply needs to add this email address to his account (he can add up to eight addresses) and confirm the new email address. The money will then immediately appear in his balance.

• The recipient may not have confirmed his email address. Any payments sent to an account will not appear in the account balance until the user has completed the registration process by confirming his email address.

• The recipient must manually accept or deny this payment.

簡單的說..他可能跟登錄的email信箱不同, or可能未經過認證的email, or對方需手動接受/拒絕!!
不過用paypal如果將來有糾紛..只要您這邊顯示是Completed..交易仍有一定的保障在..

paypal在每個國家的規定有些許的不同..

在台灣的話，假如你用"信用卡"付款的話，若收款者也是台灣人，其帳號沒經過信用卡的認證，

對方就只能把帳號由個人升級為商務帳號，或是加上信用卡認證，才能收受這筆款項

可能是對方還沒按下accept的按鈕，才會有Unclaimed的情況

paypal的說明都寫的蠻清楚的，可以看看

已見到受款方做了以下簡短的回覆:

a 'pending payment' is fine,
it will just take a few days to clear -
there's no rush.

另付款狀態欄也已變成Completed狀態,
敝人想應該已無大礙了才是,
