虹彩六號將由吳宇森所導演...
 

早在前一陣子就聽說要將Rainbow 6拍成電影，我想很多湯姆克蘭西迷也一定滿期待這部片吧。今天閒來無事，想說到IMDB看一下有沒資料，沒想到居然看到將由吳導所指導...這對我而言可是天大的打擊， 不是不喜歡吳導的片...而是不想看到R6變成雙槍，飛鴿及對轟。 :jolin:

個人心目中導演最佳人選還是Michael Bay或John McTiernan, 不然James Cameron或Ridley Scott也不錯.

這件事情一兩個月前就有人轉貼過相關新聞了.......
給賣拷貝執導的話可能更糟糕.......

因為賣拷貝的Island亂拷貝嗎?

不過都是在announced階段

最近好多遊戲小說改拍成電影
像DOOM3是其中之一

可能是看上吳導對槍戰鏡頭處理的能力吧!

Considering he's busier than a tabloid editor circa the Pitt/Aniston break-up, I'm not at all surprised that John Woo has given "Rainbow Six", the film version of Tom Clancy's best selling novel, the birdie.

One of several Clancy flicks in the works over at Robert Evans-ville, "Six" centres on the character of John Clark, played by Willem Dafoe in "Clear and Present Danger" and Liev Schrieber in "The Sum of All Fears". According to Variety, Zack Synder, director of the recent "Dawn of the Dead" retool, has been hired to write and direct the film, replacing Woo - who has a number of other projects in the works, including "He-Man".

In the movie, Ex-Navy SEAL John Clark is the newly named head of Rainbow, an international task force dedicated to combating terrorism. In a trial by fire, he must stop a terrorist group of men and women so extreme that their success could literally mean the end of life on earth as we know it.

Clancy has long expressed an interest in [his good friend] Tom Selleck playing Clark in the film - but thinks the studio might consider him a little too old now to play action-man. The authour previously told Moviehole that he'd be happy for Liev Schrieber - who played the role in "Sum of All Fears" - to return to the role otherwise. Personally, I think they'll go bigger.

Peter Berg and J.T Petty, meantime, are making headway with the film adaptation of Clancy video-game "Splinter Cell".

Berg's just been done to to the CIA headquarters, with Clancy, to meet the bigwigs and make sure he's making a realistic flick out of "Splinter Cell". They're now talking casting.
