NGO ATI Optimized Driver v2.2
The NGO ATI Optimized Driver is a tweaked version of the ATI Catalyst driver. The main purpose is to satisfy the users with a better performance and better image quality. The Driver has support for all Radeon cards (both desktop and mobile platforms).

Features:
• Based on the Official ATI Catalyst 5.3
• Tweaked for both OpenGL and DirectX platforms
• Performance and Quality are both balanced
• Included 9500 > 9700 and 9800SE > 9800 Softmod
• Included several Utilities such as: ATITool, RefreshForce, and Windows XP Universal Tweaker.

Changes:
• Updated base to Catalyst 5.3
• The new OpenGL Driver from ATI improves old OpenGL games performance and now the OpenGL Switcher is not necessary. So it’s been removed from the archive.
• Added Windows XP Universal Tweaker v0.3 to the archive.
• Fixed few Installation bugs with Windows 2000
