help pls, burner down!
 

bought Sammy DVD burner, SW-W08A in last August. it was really a good gear, and even reads CPRM disc!!! :D however, suddenly yesterday, it can't read any kind of discs anymore. thought maybe the driver issue, try it on another PC, still NG. :cry: do you know what's wrong? burnt about 200 discs only.

so take it back to store for repairing. but sales say if it's read/write head issue, it's not covered in warranty! :shock: how come? isn't all EE gears provide 1 year full warranty??? :confused:

how long is your burner lifetime?
