請問一下送修IBM硬碟出現的問題
請問小弟照之前文章的方法,要送修原廠
但是要拿RMA時,最後卻出現這個 The postal code entered does not match the existing RMA information. Please verify that your inputs are correct. Make sure to enter the same postal code as what was specified in the original create RMA request. 請問這是什麼意思呢 :cry: |
postal code 郵政編號 應該是地址的問題吧

是說我沒把地址寫好嗎

它上面的意思是 你所填的郵遞區號 跟當初申請RMA的郵遞區號不一樣
