The site K-Hardware reveals us today what should be the official names of next chips ATI known for the moment under the name of R480 code. Here names in question and their specifications:

Radeon X850 XT PE
- Frequency 540 MHz
- Frequency Memory 1180 MHz
- Memory 256 Mb of GDDR3
- 16 Pixel pipelines
- Price of 499$

Radeon X850 XT

- Frequency 520 MHz
- Frequency memory 1080 MHz
- Memory 256 Mb of GDDR3
- 16 Pixel pipelines
- Price of 449$

Radeon X850 Pro
- Frequency of 520 MHz
- Frequency memory 1080 MHz
- Memory 256 Mb of GDDR3
- 12 Pixel pipelines
- Price of 399$

Contrary to what was announced in a news, a few days ago, K-Hardware speaks about a smoothness engraving of 0.13 micron for these chips and not of 0.11 micron. This level the mystery thus remains whole...

ATI我實在是越來越看不起！看看他的價格與規格

話說以上全是PCI-E卡﹐R423好像沒通過PCISIG認證﹐所以R480是取代R423的。新卡跟AGP卡有市場區隔

還是期待R520吧.....

該不會像9800一樣吧,9800跟9700規格相差不大,但9800一出9700就停產了
x850規格看起來跟x800差不多,不會一出x800就停產了
