-R with CPRM
 

dear all.
the long waiting DVD-R with CPRM is finally becomes truth. that Optodisc VP has mentioned this to me many times for about 6 months. the initial cost maybe about the same as current -RW disc, but later on, I believe $ will drop. just like now -R is cheaper than -RW. this is a great news for who records BS to disc! :D First 3 makers launch this disc are Maxell, Toshiba, That's. Optodisc will join it soon.

the first recorder can handle this newest disc is Toshiba X5.
