用hotmail傳送郵件都是亂碼
奇怪，我昨天用 hotmail 帳號傳送郵件，對方也是 hotmail 帳號，可是傳送了好幾次，對方收到的都是亂碼，而我的寄件備份裡也是亂碼，不知道是出了什麼問題？
