What software can break this video files?
 

I have some Video file size more than 1GB
so i try separate it and burn to VCD format ( no have DVD )
but some *.AVI file i can't break it
this kind of *.AVI file very specail
file size only 700MB or 800MB
but the video have 2 hour

so anyone know use what software can break it ?

did you try TMPGenc?
lot of video editors can break them,
you better ask in the Film, Video or DVD section.
the 2 hrs AVI at 700MB which is nomal compressed DVD formate.
