英文高手麻煩幫個忙!!ATI原廠卡要送修英文不通
 

終於取的RMA碼了
原因就是
跑3DMARK01和03都會破圖
然後開機在沒進入WINDOW前
整個螢幕都是紅色的虛線...
麻煩各位幫幫忙...

I think you can write there is something wrong on the monitor when the XP is startup. After trying many version of Catalyst driver, the problems still exist.
(Btw, you can also mention that you check the normal display from your friend's XP.)

I guess ATI just need a reason for replacement.

取得RMA通常表示要讓你換了，不過每家做法不一樣，我沒跟ATI換過卡！
不過面對老外不用太囉唆，你只要寫 it doesn't work就好了. 英文不好寫太多，老外會很困擾
我換過好幾張新卡，都是這樣寫的

The reasons that I am requesting to replace/repair my card are as following:

1) Screen/texture corruption while running both 3DMark2001 & 3DMark2003.

2) After the computer is turned on, the screen would be filled with red, dotted lines before Windows start-up

原來只要寫這樣就好了阿，我還以為會很複雜說:D :D

今天寄出了
不過我止寫WORK ERROR...
回來不知道會不會是張9800XT還是....

應該不會吧!!
美國大部分購物網站都還有 ATI 9800 PRO 128Mb.
所以, ATI 應會退回相同款式的顯卡.

基本上你只要誠實一點，對方也很樂意幫你換的..

e.g. reason : My card is fuc*ed up...i need a replacement due to mine un-fuc*ed up warrenty.. thanks.

原廠是給幾年保固
幾年後要加美金75元呢
