請問各位大大，為什麼我的諾頓防毒（2004版本）無法update
這是我買新電腦，商家送的隨機版（我想的），而續購日期是明年四月 之前剛買回來還可以update，而最近就不行了，有連上去但是無法下載目錄檔，無法使用，請問各位大大為什麼呢 |
