如果已經用Patch F/W的A07XLA(B)不曉得還可不可以用專用F/W刷回來...看起來似乎不太樂觀的樣子

Please note the following.
The firmware for DVR-XLA & DVR-XLB cannot be installed on the DVR-107D and vice versa.

Updating via Windows when writer is external:
The update procedure may only work when the DVR-A07XLA-XLB is connected to an IDE port as it may not be able to find the destination when it is external in an IEEE1394 Firewire or USB 2.0 case. However tests have shown that under Windows XP with the DVR-A07XLA-XLB mounted in an external IEEE1394 Firewire case the FW update was able to complete successfully. Different Operating Systems and types of external cases may produce different results. If the update fails externally the drive will need to be removed from the case and temporarily mounted onto an internal IDE port. It is preferable not to have any other drive daisy chained with the DVR-A07XLA-XLB when performing the firmware upload.

Uploading the firmware via DOS:
If the firmware uploader can not recognise the DVR-A07XLA-XLB or fails when run from within Windows after several attempts, the solution in most cases is to boot the system via a Windows 98SE or Me DOS startup floppy and then run the update program from a DOS prompt. When the uploader runs in windows it creates a folder on the C: drive, there you will find the uploader program UPGDVD.exe and firmware file. First copy both files to a blank floppy. Then after booting the system into DOS from a Windows 98 or Me floppy remove this and insert the floppy you copied the files to and run the UPGDVD.exe uploader program. It is also possible to run UPGDVD.exe from C: drive without copying the files to a floppy.

Pioneer will not support the use of firmware that has not been obtained from an official Pioneer website such as this one. The use of any Non-Pioneer firmware will invalidate your warranty. This firmware has the potential to damage / shorten the life of your writer. Our warranty terms clearly state that up loading unofficial or modified firmware to a drive will void the Pioneer Australia warranty.

這個應該不會刷下去又不能靜音程式了吧?

在網站上看在澳洲賣的配件真多ㄝ,台灣只有一片@@

澳洲也是只附一片Software , 至不過內容不同
但是看到澳洲的建議售價也很驚人...369澳幣....台幣將近9000耶

又??

本來107 跟 A07-XLA/B韌體就是不一樣的不是嗎??

所以這個刷原本的A07-XLA/B 韌體應該只是做升級的動作吧!!
倒是那些將A07-XLA/XLB 刷成 107 patch 1.05 或 1.10 的
使用者才需要擔心是否可以刷回來才是問題吧??

手頭沒有A07-XLA/B , 無法測試 ...:confused:

已經刷成107D 1.10的朋友有刷成功的經驗了嗎？
真糟糕！我買來的時候就已經被刷成107D 1.10了，現在不知道可不可以刷1.12的！
買了一筒CD TECH KxxxxRSxxxx的片子，現在都還沒動就是等著它可以8X燒.....
請前輩幫幫忙吧！

107跟XL的韌體本來就不一樣,一個有寫靜音,另一個沒有,
誰說不能刷回來,目前看到XL的韌体,都只有1024K的檔案(只有一個),請比照之前,兩個檔案,再用16bit程式做修改,改那64kb的檔案,再用dos下作呼應,即可升回原始韌体,再升級到1.12即可....

去下載1.05版本,再找一個檔案dvdflash.exe覆蓋upgdvd.exe
再用dos下去升級回去,你的機器就是官版,再進行升級就可以了...
