請問一下...不知是我cpu體質差 還是記憶體 體質差...
 

我cpu p4 2.4G oc p4 3G 時...
每次跑 3d mark 03 都會當...
我已把agp跟pci 都定頻了...
記憶體是 威剛256x2 現代顆粒 D43...
一直超不上去3G...
要怎麼判定是cpu 體質差
還是 記憶體 體質差?

知道的人麻煩告訴我一下...

請問你的外頻跟記憶體是設1:1嗎??(就是設400),那RAM會跑DDR500,可能太超過了,RAM的頻率設成第二項3XX那一個(5:4),這樣RAM就跑DDR400,再試試看
不然用R.S.T或Memtest86+ 測測看,跑不過就是RAM超過頭了

我跑1:1 RAM跑DDR500用上面軟體測出來 有錯誤
但我跑 5:4 RAM跑DDR400 也是有錯誤
還有那軟體顯示錯誤只顯示RAM嗎...
還是cpu上不去也會顯示出來...
這樣是代表我RAM體質不好?

建議您先恢復正常,再test一次,若是仍是有錯,那RAM根本壞了

我恢復正常 test 是沒有發生錯誤
