[求救] HTML Tag 的問題...

請問各位大大..

在 HTML <head> 中, 會有這倆個 tag.
請問是要用來做甚麼的呢？
是方便給搜尋引擎查詢用的嗎？
keywords 的內容, 是用「,」分隔開, 是嗎？

<meta name="description" content="">
