我的老外朋友的問題，關於DVD SOFTWARE
 

我沒遇過這樣的問題，不知道各位大大是否能解惑

老外的問題
when I put a DVD in the Sony DVD-CD optical drive, the computer hangs (freezes). I have to reboot the computer. I'm running Win XP and after searching for online answers, I decided to try a clean reboot. After I did that, I was able to start 2 DVD movies with no problem, but then I tried a third DVD and the computer froze again.


問題或許有點笨，還請各位大大包含

你上面的英文是不是說可以撥2區的DVD不能撥3區的DVD啊.如果是的話.應該是DVD-ROM無法讀他區的DVD.以致於電腦當機...
解決的方法就是DVD-ROM要改成全區.還有撥放軟體也要改全區.這樣應該就不會當機啦..

他是說放了兩片dvd沒有問題, 第三片時又當了

如果是這樣.應該只是單純的挑片吧!!

You should tell him to put the DVD that can be read before,
if it work,the problem is the DVD source.
But the issue that would cause the computer freezes,
just put the exit button on the unit and take out the problem DVD.
The PC will work~

是Sony DDU1621嗎，我的在開機就會hang在那裡，光碟機燈號就一直亮
進入Windows就抓不到，多按幾次Reset才不會一直亮，而Windows才抓得到
至於挑片，連正版壓片都挑，真是有夠遜，解決方法是退出，進入重複到抓到為止
撥放影片當掉，沒遇過，也許是撥到一半挑片，系統hang在那吧
