買了張1394b的卡及7K250 160GB

這次到日本帶回了張IEEE1394b的卡以及Hitachi 7K250 160GB(8MB ATA100)的硬碟

是在T-zone買的，12,980日圓(未稅)

ps.這次也帶了張BBA的Radeon9600XT回來，盒裝，20,680日圓(未稅)。不過硬碟跟顯示卡都是幫朋友買的，自己也想要，但沒預算

我一直很想買7k250 160G 的,可是遲遲不見推出,又看到1394b卡,唉!!!看到日本已經有了又賣的比我們便宜那麼多,身為最大電腦零組件生產國的台灣真是可恥,看來住在台灣是沒什麼好令我留戀的了

Description

潑了兩桶冷水,也要說點正面的資料
除了頻寬,1394b比起1394a還是多了些功能(雖然不一定有機會用到),比方......連線距離100m(1394a只有4.5m),......好吧,100m畢竟增加不少彈性吧:cool:

有點無力...
您貼的原廠資料在下之前已經看過了，132M bytes/s for 32-bit這本來就是32bit PCI的頻寬極限所在...
在下目前手頭上沒有64bit PCI的主機板，可預見的未來也不會購入，所以壓根不打算購入64bit PCI版本的1394b卡
另外，資料上似乎也沒提到在32bit PCI下會變為1394a

1394b 最大頻寬 800 Mbits = 100 Mbytes < 133 Mbytes PCI 32最大頻寬
是這樣對嗎

所以理論上可行
雖然 PCI 的頻寬很吃緊和其他的週邊會互相排擠

還有雖然我在市面上都只看到 PCI64的 1394b
但是樓主的照片中卡很短看起來應該是 PCI32 的卡吧
