TV2000XP Expert 問題!

我買了張咭回家, 但當我 install driver 時, 就出現了問題! 入CD後, 佢就 autorun, 之後出了一條 progress bar, 之後就有個 box 話 Waiting..,之後就消失了, 得番 WinFast 個畫面, 我看 installation Guide 應該是會問你語言的, 但佢冇, 就咁停左, 咁我就走入去CD的 "WinFast TV" folder 到 double-click 個 exe 啦, 佢就話 "this cannot install in nt", 我是用緊 Cwin2000 Pro 的, 咁我唯有用"新增硬體", 佢就幫我 install 左 3個 Drivers, 但我睇 Support WebSite 話係會有 4 個的, (Audio Capture,Crossbar, TV Tuner & Video Capture) 我就冇了 "WinFast TV2000 XP WDM Audio Capture" 果個, 大家知唔知點解? 會有甚麼影響?
仲有我發覺聲同畫唔係咁夾, 畫面亦不太流暢(比我舊的 Pinnacle 差), 有甚麼 setting 可以留意改善? THX!!!

actually, i doubt that people can understand what you are trying to say, at least i am not good in reading cantognese. try to post it again in proper taiwanese or in english.
