Radeon LE改成Radeon 32DDR

ATI Radeon Firmware update

1) Extract LEflash.zip to a blank floppy.
It will create a bootable disk with all the files you need.
2) Boot your machine from this disk.
3) Find out what # your card is by typing (flashrom.exe -i)
it will probably be 0 unlees you have 2 cards in your system.
4) I have got a copy of my LE bios on the disk already but if you
want to save your own type (flash.exe -s 0 xxxx.rom)
5) Be brave and type (flashrom.exe -p 0 r32ddr.rom) and hit enter
and wait untill done, reboot, you now have a retail 32ddr.


It's that easy!

公司貨中的BIOS用起來還挺穩定的啊

當你知道一般版Radeon跟Le版的差異你就會知道為何有人要改了

小弟也有幾分好奇
除了頻率與HyperZ之外
這個LE與標準版DDR還有什麼差異？:eek:

小弟照著上述的方法去做,但在裝置管理員中看bios的日期仍是舊的
不知是否得重新安裝driver??請各位大大幫忙,thanks

更新後預設的的工作頻率是多少?

可是,我要是不更新BIOS,但有開啟HyperZ,
且有用RadeonTweaker調整細部選項,
那麼LE和32MB DDR效能應該差不多吧

這是我個人的淺見

Radeon LE不就是降頻、關掉HyperZ的Radeon 32 DDR...
還有拿掉TV-OUT.....
