我新買了一個TV tuner是ATI的TV Wonder（但為USB介面版本），想利用MS的Media Encoder 7直接把電視畫面錄成MPEG4格式的WMV檔，但是卻只能錄畫面沒有聲音是怎麼一回事呢？
