看起來很像是包裹摔下車.....摔到的...還是...懂英文的看看吧...我看不懂:jolin:

Who was the shipping company? - FedEx, Standard Overnight
What card is/was this? - Quadro 4 980 XGL
What happened? - The vendor overnighted us another one (which arrived fine) and are filing an insurance claim.
Why'd you accept shipment? - This was a time-critical shipment; our front desk person took delivery with the understanding that we could file a damage claim if the contents were affected.
Who are you? - Just another geek who works in the IT Support staff of a large company as his day job to pay the bills.
