請問一下
弟將一段1015K 位元/秒，640 x 480的wmv電影
轉成352 x 240的vcd檔 但之後發覺vcd檔比wmv的清晰度有一點差 可教弟如何轉出畫質一模一樣的vcd檔嗎 |
