403 Forbidden???

最近常常有些網頁突然連不進去了，進去都顯示
Forbidden

不光是有sex網站，就連一些down東西的網站也上不去，這是什麼問題啊 :confused: ??
p.s.小弟是用學校宿網，是學校在搞鬼嗎?:tu:
