OUTLOOK 2013如何備份帳戶設定
 

每次若有重灌系統，OUTLOOK 2013中的信件、聯絡人都可以直接備份其資料檔搞定，
將路徑直接指定存放位置即可，
但是帳戶就沒有包含在裡頭，需要在逐個新增與設定，有備份方法嗎？

真的無解嗎?

Outlook 資料檔 (.pst)

Outlook 資料檔 (.pst) 包含電子郵件訊息、行事曆、連絡人、工作和備註。您必須使用 Outlook 才能處理 .pst 檔案中的項目。

當您封存 Outlook 資訊時，項目會儲存在 .pst 檔中。

附註 Microsoft Exchange Server 帳戶會將您的資訊儲存在郵件伺服器上。若是使用快取 Exchange 模式 或離線作業，項目複本就會儲存在離線 Outlook 資料檔 (.ost) 中。請參閱＜Outlook 資料檔 (.ost)＞一節以取得詳細資訊。此外，有些組織可讓您將項目匯出或封存至 .pst 檔。

執行下列動作可利用最簡單的方式，開啟儲存 Outlook 資料檔 (.pst 與 .ost) 所在的資料夾：

在 Outlook 2010 中，按一下 [檔案] 索引標籤。

按一下 [帳戶設定]，然後按一下 [帳戶設定]。

按一下 [資料檔] 索引標籤上的項目，然後按一下 [開啟檔案位置]。

以 Outlook 2010 建立的 Outlook 資料檔 (.pst) 是儲存在電腦的 Documents\Outlook Files 資料夾中。若是使用 Windows XP，那麼這些檔案會建立於 My Documents\Outlook Files 資料夾中。

若是要升級至 Outlook 2010 的電腦中已經存在使用舊版 Outlook 建立的資料檔，則這些檔案會儲存在隱藏資料夾中的不同位置。

Windows 7 和 Windows Vista 磁碟機:\Users\使用者\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

Windows XP 磁碟機:\Documents and Settings\使用者\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

這個方法應該他已經用了，只是電子郵件帳號不能一起備份

我確實是要電子郵件帳號與密碼也一起備份，若設定檔也一起更好！
早期OUTLOOK EXPRESS用我原本方式是可以通通都搞定，
但OUTLOOK EXPRESS後來被淘汰且有些要命的缺點，
改換成MS OFFICE中的OUTLLOK，雖然穩定，但是一些備份就不是那麼齊全。
