在AMAZON合併訂單?
 

我在AMAZON上合併訂單為何要被分成2 shipments?

雖然AMAZON上有說明不會多收運費,可是我還是納悶,

明明就只有三片說,又沒oversize.....

Why Your Order Contains More Than One Shipment

Items you order from Amazon.com may sometimes be sent in multiple shipments for one or more of the following reasons:

*Your items must ship from different locations.
*Your order contains an oversize item that must ship separately.

In some cases, you might receive more shipments than we indicated you would when you placed your order. Regardless of the number of shipments you receive, we'll stick to our promise, and you won't be charged for these additional shipments. For example, if we told you your order would contain 2 shipments, but it arrived in 3, you'll still pay for only 2.


不知道有沒有人合併訂單碰到這種的?

我也是受害者,
原本訂了一本書跟一張DVD,書要1-3 week,DVD是24hr available.
運送選項選的是Group my items into as few shipments as possible
結帳時,送達日期是兩個一起,就很安心的以為DVD會等書到了再一起寄過來
結果...隔了兩天amazon通知我DVD己經送出...-_-
運費當然就被多加了一筆,感覺挨了記悶棍.

後來隔了幾天加訂了一本書,然後選了訂單合併,但是它的送達時間還是兩本書都不一樣,看來它又會分成兩筆packages,真搞不太懂它的Shipping Preference說明,是我的英文太差了嗎!??

最近amazon的系統出了不少問題,像這樣的問題最好還是跟amazon argue一下,因為是他們自己把訂單分兩次寄出的,運費不應該由消費者來負擔,自己的權益還是要積極爭取點才好....

今天試著寫信去跟他們詢問這有點複雜的情況,
希望我寫的英文他們看得懂...-_-

AMAZON一定在修改程式，改了老半天又多了一堆Bugs
