請教關於國外購物的Prepay duties and taxes?
 

最近發現國外購物網站有這一項可供勾選，
網站是寫說"100% guaranteed that there will be no addtional charge due upon recipt."
想請教一下是否這樣DHL進台灣海關就不會再被課稅了?
