宏達電(2498)今天公布11月營收新台幣154.7億元，月成長約3.2%，由於10月、11月營收有撐，宏達電要達成第4季營收財測的低標400億元，幾乎沒有壓力。

宏達電今天公布11月自結營收154.7億元，和10月營收149.9億元相比，月成長約3.2%，但和去年同期的212.29億元，年減幅度達27.12%。

在One max連續2個月出貨支撐下，宏達電10月、11月營收分別為149.9億元、154.7億元，表現落在今年中等的水準，不過，宏達電第4季財測設定保守，12月營收只需95.4億元，就可達成營收財測低標的400億元。

宏達電第 4季財測，預估營收為新台幣400億元至450億元，毛利率約為19%至21%，每股稅後盈餘約為0.1元至1.7元；宏達電處分Beats股權獲利將在第4季入帳，有助宏達電單季不虧損，但全年要保盈仍有難度。

但宏達電累計1至11月自結合併營收1909.7億元，年減幅達28.6%。

預估今年第三季智慧型手機全球出貨為2億5000萬支，季增11.6%，年增36%，預計2013年全年全球智慧型手機出貨量將來到9.4億支，年增約33.2%。預計第四季iPhone整體出貨量約4600萬支，年增約2.2%。

PS`:SONY，財報顯示資通訊部門出貨智慧手機1000萬支，營收年增近四成至4186億円，營損由231億円大幅降低至9億円（約2.7億台幣），營損率-0.2%！


ABI Research數據指出，第三季smartphone出貨量2億4400萬支，滲透率56%；整體手機出貨量4億3800萬支。

Samsung出貨8500萬支智慧機，市占35%；Apple則是3416萬支，維持在14%；預估第四季iPhone將出貨5300萬支。

HTC One、One mini內含的Qualcomm晶片侵犯Nokia專利EP 0 998 024, 英法官網開一面，自12月6日起僅禁售One mini，遞延One的禁售令讓HTC上訴。Nokia擬就專利侵權部分向HTC求償。今年前三季，HTC累計在英國售出75萬支智慧機。

The cases are HTC Corporation v. Nokia Corporation, High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Patents Court, HC12A02048 and HC12C02909. HTC sold about 750,000 smartphones worth about 221 million pounds ($363 million) in the U.K. between January and September, according to the judgment.


缺乏創新、明顯的差異化、高階市場成長減速、中階設備和新興市場競爭激烈、規模縮水，平均產品單價(ASP)下滑等種種原因，HTC恐難推高利潤率，大幅降低運營成本。10月中旬在大陸推出的Desire 7系列跟美國Verizon11月下旬推出的One max，可能也無法替宏達電在激烈競爭的市場增加動力。維持HTC 2014年虧損的預測和減碼評等，給予目標價72元。IDC數據顯示，宏達電第3季在大陸的市占下降到只有1.4%，比一年前的4.7%更下滑。

智慧機第四季整體出貨恐無驚喜，強者如Apple、Samsung、SONY固然旺季走揚，然弱者持續拖累大盤。

Smartphone and tablet strength in 4Q remains dominated by iPhone builds (with shipments expected to reach 58-60M units), iPad Air, and the iPad Mini. While total smartphone builds are looking flat-to-slightly down Q/Q, this masks a wide distribution of activity for different OEMs. iPhone builds remains the strongest, but contacts report Sony’s new models are ramping well, and even Samsung is seeing a pick-up this quarter as it pushes new models out in time for holiday shopping. Offsetting this strength is a sharp decline in builds for those OEMs with less popular models, both at the high end and even in the low-cost segment (BlackBerry, Nokia, HTC, LG Electronics).
