54.4億歐元 微軟收購Nokia裝置與服務事業

在微軟執行長日前宣佈將在一年內退休消息，目前也公布微軟將收購Nokia裝置與服務事業部門，未來包含Lumia系列手機、Nokia HERE地圖服務等技術、專利都會納入微軟旗下。同時，微軟將以37.9億歐元進行此次收購，而專利部分則將以16.5億歐元收購，總計為54.4億歐元。

在先前市場曾有所預測情況下，Nokia終於證實將由微軟以總計為54.4億歐元價碼收購旗下裝置與服務事業部門，未來包含Lumia系列手機、Nokia HERE地圖服務等技術、專利與部分員工都將納入微軟旗下。而在此次收購價格中，37.9億歐元將用於收購Nokia裝置與服務事業部門，另外16.5億歐元則將用於收購專利內容。

目前Nokia已經透過官方新聞稿證實此項收購，並且預計將於2014年第一季內完成。

微軟執行長Steve Ballmer表示，此項收購將會是微軟、Nokia雙贏局面，其中將加速微軟在手機事業市佔發展與營收成長，同時也將提昇微軟與合作夥伴於市場成功機會。至於原本擔任Nokia執行長的Stephen Elop，在此次收購後將轉任為Nokia裝置與服務事業部執行副總職位。
