如何取消WD已登錄的RMA？
 

一顆藍標500G本來想說還在保固內（2014/1/28），既然SMART有黃字就給他RMA：


剛剛熊熊想起以前好像有聽過RMA回來的硬碟還不一定更好，
聽說C5,C6可用Low Level Format洗掉，故想延到12月底再RMA :ase
在WD RMA網頁都找不到取消選項，請問已登錄的紀錄如何取消呢？
若沒得取消，且這次也沒寄過去，這樣會影響下一次的RMA嗎 :confused:

之前在ＲＭＡ的時候，在ＷＤ的網頁有看到說明。

好像一個月左右沒收到硬碟，會取消該筆ＲＭＡ資料。
