[求助]網頁連結問題?!

最近網頁連結有問題，常常會連結不了
常常冒出美國雅虎網頁，顯示內容:
The requested URL "www.google.com.tw" cannot be found or is not available. Please check the spelling or try again later.

The requested URL "ck101.com" cannot be found or is not available. Please check the spelling or try again later.

當然不是只有g大神、ck101網頁會這樣，就連pcdvd、音樂大廳、youtube也會這樣
起問，這是啥原因造成?! 該如何改善?!

OS: W7 PRO 64bit
瀏覽器: OPERA 12.15
ISP: SO-NET 3M/384K

有沒有嘗試Ping過這些網址？

通常是 DNS 吧? 但是有遇過是 MTU size 不對, 開不起來網站
