RAM 負值 Question (my Micron & Hyundai)

I have one Micron PC133 and Hyundai PC133 SDRAM

They are stable.....

But do you know Hyundai's 負值是多小?

問題不大? (About the speed)

PC-133 SDRAM CL=3, 是-7.5ns

PC-133 SDRAM CL=2, 是-7ns.

and -7ns的RAM如果是跑CL=3, 則可跑到143Mhz~145Mhz
