Amazon改變政策嗎?
 

之前Amazon若是有刮傷的片子,
都不會要求我寄回去,
這一次我買的片子已經彈出卡榫造成刮傷,
我要求再寄一份,
這一次他們要我寄回去,
是改變政策了嗎?
還是我刮傷的比率太高?
PS:我都是真的刮傷才會要求重寄,原文如下

應該是本來就會要求我們寄回去,只不過之前是會附免費的郵資(沒辦法用的)
所以為了成本他們都會寄一份......
從你的信件看來,還是得寄回去,只是郵資得報給他知,他會給你吧!
不過只有刮傷你就要求重寄喔??重寄的比率是多少??
我是覺得從國外買回來的東西,會跳離卡楯的機率是很高的....
我用郵寄的每次都會跳掉,除非是用快遞.....就沒發生過

大約每1/10~15
不知比率算不算高,
另外之所以在amazon買也是因為service比較好,
不然amazon價格比較貴說:(

可能是要避免道德風險,及上游製造商的要求吧!像香港dvdshelf的退貨政策,好像是更嚴格的.

這樣應該還好,我目前寄了八份,只有一份要求換貨.......
不過我最近都這樣.....我是覺得蠻麻煩的,如果只是小刮傷
不影響讀取,我通常就算了.............
或許政策改變吧!不過你也不會吃虧,至少會還你運費咩...

天兄,我也跟你一樣,不過我買的Fight Club第二片是刮傷到全部無法播放,amazon也要我寄回去給他,今天早上我在公司收到amazon重寄的片子了,準備明天到郵局去寄回給他...
我想amazon會要求寄回瑕疵品可能是這類case越來越多,造成他們不少損失,所以才會要求寄回瑕疵品給他們,好讓他們跟供應商要求退款吧...
不過如果是一般小刮傷不影響讀取的話,我也是將就點,不然光這樣等他新品寄達,又要寄回瑕疵品這些勞神傷財的動作就令人煩的了...

其實Amazon這樣做也沒錯,
只是之前因為他們都不會要求寄回去,
所以對他們較高的價格都能接受,
現在既然都要寄回去了,
或許該找找其他較便宜的購片點了:(

如果還要寄回去,那去absound買還便宜一點
amazon會較貴不是有包含保險的嗎,運費部分

看來是有點不相信台灣人摟~~~

這是台灣生活教育的失敗,說話不實在的情形太嚴重了.
