我也是,2/21寄出的物品,到現在來沒收到,寫信一次去反應沒有回信,難道我寄錯地方了,還是被擋掉了。
我用yahoo寄給[email protected]
還是我英文太爛,加拿大人看不懂。
有大大寄過信可以借看一下?

雖然慢了點,還可接受,比同一時間在Djangos定的片子到現在還沒收到好一點

可見他們想盡快抓回以前的舊顧客
如果他們可以一開始就這麼做(包括我們的unrefunded store credits)
我想我會給他們機會
只是在提供store credits可以抵用50%後 又很快地更改遊戲規則
讓人又回想到以前的作風

今天登入網路銀行,看到222元的refund,
真的有退還refund,不過退還的這片訂單的DVD還沒寄到,
不知道是不是寄丟了,還要等到6week才能反應。

終於收到片子了,等了一個月,我想這次是走海運吧!
上次兩片一週就收到了,這次一片等了一個月,真讓人提心吊膽。
refund也有拿到,在信用卡的帳單還給我了。
不過片子來的時候是掉落在盒子裡,讀取面碰撞的一塌糊塗,
這種情形可以跟dvdsoon反應嗎?是寫信到[email protected]嗎?
有沒有人寫過的?dvdsoon的信箱有好多個......。

一切都是為了把去年DVDSoon欠我的錢拿回來...

2/14 訂了三片,packaging 近兩個星期,
3/2 才寄出,今日3/30收到,大概和failure兄的片子一起旅行。

之前紛紛擾擾的扣款、rebate還有 refund to credit,
也終於回到信用卡帳戶內,整整21個“工作天”,一天也沒少。

從去年開始和DVDSoon之間的交涉,至此算是告一個段落,
DVDSoon不再欠我money,帳戶突然出現的是近期推出的
Fidelity iPoints 回饋活動,總額不到加幣2元。
我是不會為此再落入不愉快的購物過程。

刮花的片子,我申請了replacement,
dvdsoon也寄給我信了,要我登入帳號到replacement的部分。
他要我下載一個pdf檔,pdf內容如下:
Please, read the following information carefully:
I understand that a non-refundable credit will be issued to my DVDSoon.com account once my
request is processed and accepted.
I understand that DVDSoon.com can refuse a request for replacement if it is determined that the
request does not comply with our replacement policies. In that case, DVDSoon.com will neither reship
the product nor issue a credit
I understand that I am to assume the return shipping fees and that DVDSoon.com will not reimburse
them.
I understand that normally, requests are treated within 48 to 72 hours after having received the
returned products and/or the signed and completed affidavit.
In the case of a lost item, I authorize DVDSoon.com to disclose any information or documentation
deemed necessary to Canada Post, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police or any other federal,
provincial, or local legal organization. DVDSoon.com might also be required to collaborate closely
with the authorities of the destination country to complete the investigation.
I read and understood everything written in this document. I understand that making a false
declaration with the intention of defrauding DVDSoon.com violates Canadian laws and can be
punished by prison terms.

請問是不是說我要把手上的片貼上他要我列印的部分寄回去,
而且來回的運費要我自付,如果不符合他的換片標準,他還不換片?
