Cozy Powell + Dio + Ritchie Blackmore

Cozy Powell很棒，但是台灣的進口店很少見
我也只是好久以前在T-WAVE掃到一張日版精選集，蠻低價的
卡司都不錯

至於Ritchie Blackmore，我只聽過Under a Violet Moon

直呼"昏倒":p ，我還是適合rock風
他在Rainbow時期，我完全沒有聽過，能否介紹一下呢？

Rainbow前期我覺得是Deep Purple的延續+Neo Classical Metal的風格。Dio是主唱﹐後期Dio離隊之後就變成80年代的Hard Rock﹐我覺得一般。

Yngwie Malmsteen翻唱過Gates of Babylon,我想milleniac兄應該會聽過。

找了一下，是在專輯Inspiration裡，這張算是像各前輩致敬的專輯吧
裡頭寫著...
When I first bought the album "Long Live Rock 'n Roll" by Rainbow I wasn't very impressed. The first songs were so commercial I thought.When the last song of the first side came on(this was when there still was vinyl LP's around).I was completely floored. Gates of Babylon was so dramatic and mystical.Until thisday this is one of my favorite songs ever written.Thank you Ritchie. I slightly changed this arrangement as on the other songs, to do it my way...
