有網友表示，他有類似狀況，但隔約兩三天再登入，就可以註冊了。
或者如果有人很急，就試著先向別人要，
如果屆時這封又可以註冊了
那就可以先不要註冊（退出該網頁），分享給其他需要的人（只要轉寄鏈結）

以上是我個人的建議

如果有人英文程度不錯，也可以直接向GMAIL（GOOGLE）反應
我的英文不行，就只能幫到這裡

原本我直接點outlook的連接出現一樣的訊息
後來看到信的下方有提示說把她copy的 ie的address bar 後連按幾下後就可以了
有相同訊息的朋友不妨試試
