怎麼查不到保固啊?

我的老古董 DTLA 30G (7200RPM) 出去
換一台 IC35xxxx 40G (7200RPM) 的回來
單碟四十G喔 ....

只花一百元

請問一下
若硬碟在BIOS畫面完全偵測不到也能送修嗎
因為完全無法做DFT檢測:(
一顆鼎鼎大名的75GXP 30GB在六月就掛了
只是不知要如何送修
就一直放到現在
查過保固, 還在保固中

可以的....只要沒有外傷,有RMA碼..就可以送修
SO...你還是可以上網建立RMA碼的..在叫你填入DFT檢查碼時..選擇最後一項就可以了...她會要求你填入一些資訊...
然後RMA碼就會出來了

還有，盒子裡是不是要裝泡綿或是什麼一類的呢？好像不能用保麗龍??
