原告是美國人, 當然可以在美國告, 當然就算告贏了, 法院可以執法的權力也只限在美國, 如果你沒有資產在美國, 將來也沒打算到美國去就沒差了。
而美國法院是不接受對國家的提告, 所以當初法輪功就只能告江澤民不能告中共。 :shy:
