到bay area來住住，我家附近的公寓，一個月沒有800應該是租不到！:jolin:
＄500大概就是一般house裡分租一個套房的價格！:D

地方不同
不可以這樣比較吧

那我姐夫跟我姐在San Jose那邊更是天價咧

反正都碼是"海外"∼∼:D


那就是我住的地方....:jolin:
房價真是他X的夭壽貴.....隨便一棟三、四十年的都要價50幾萬，
最可怕的是很快就能賣掉∼∼:shock:
其實不只san jose很貴，鄰近的cupertino、saratoga....等等也是貴的一塌糊塗！

Ahh... next year I'll be majoring in Computer Engineering at UC Santa Barbara.

I chose UCSB over New York University....don't know if I made the right decision...

In the acdemic point of view, it's not a bad choice.

But in the "money" point of view, it's no difference between NYU or UCSB. :D

Actually, the tuition for NYU is about $25,000 while UCSB is about $4000 (California Resident). That is one of the reasons why I chose UCSB.

Since then, you save a lot in "tuition" part!:shock:
But for the living cost is still quite high, because it's a famous visit spot.:D
You don't have to worry, the money you save from tuition difference can cover those living spend very well!!:D

套房.....是房間加共用衛生設備吧....><b

不一定，有的是套房，加上DSL、cable TV，月租＄500，
只是不能煮飯而已！:p
我是沒看過環境，不過這種價格也應該是"套房"類的相對低價了吧？:D
