Jeremy Lin Will Star For Jason Kidd’s Milwaukee Bucks

Jeremy Lin is a goner in Houston. It's just a matter of days before general manager Daryl Morey pulls off a trade that will get Lin's $15 million paycheck off the books. The question now is when will the Asian American star play next?
There are two options for Lin as of the moment. A trade to the Philadelphia 76ers or a chance to play under the tutelage of newly-hired Milwaukee Bucks head coach Jason Kidd.
The Sixers with an expansive salary cap space can accommodate Lin's final year of his contract worth $15 million. Due to the back-loaded nature of his contract, Lin's presence on the roster will only amount to $8 million against the cap.

"Sources say that the Sixers, though, are happy to take on Lin -- despite the presence of reigning NBA Rookie of the Year Michael Carter-Williams as their starting point guard -- provided that the extra asset or two they get from Houston is sufficiently attractive," according to ESPN NBA insider Marc Stein.
With Sixers head coach Brett Brown using a fast-paced offense, many analysts believed Lin will thrive in this system, even playing behind starting point guard Michael Carter-Williams.
However, there's even better destination for JLin than the Sixers, and that is Milwaukee. Why? It's because the Bucks have Kidd ready to mentor Lin and help him reach his full potential.
Lin Will Star For The Bucks
After averaging 12 points and 4 assists per game in a sixth man role with the Rockets, Lin clearly needs a fresh start. The Sixers may provide more playing time for Lin, but Carter-Williams is clearly the team's future at point guard spot. Meanwhile, the Bucks are in search for stability in the backcourt.
Brandon Knight has been inconsistent heading into his fourth season, and it's very much unlikely Kidd will use him more next season. Three seasons ago, Kidd expressed his interest in playing alongside Lin. He may get a chance to coach him this time around as the Bucks show interest in the former Harvard hotshot.
"The Milwaukee Bucks are another team that has showed interest in Jeremy Lin, according to Marc Stein of ESPN. The Rockets are expected to need to increase the assets to entice a team to take on board the hefty contract attached to Lin," via Sports Illustrated Fan Sided.
With Kidd serving as his mentor, Lin will learn how to control offense and become effective even without focusing much in scoring. Moreover, the presence of highly athletic big men such as Larry Sanders, John Henson and Giannis Antetokounmpo will make his pick-and-roll work much easier.
Lin's double-edged skills as a combo guard is also perfect fit for rookie small forward Jabbari Parker, who will have some rough moment on the offensive end.
In short, things should be much brighter for Lin in Milwaukee than in Philadelphia. With Kidd, Lin will recapture his mojo back as a star in the league.
